Depending upon the size and location of your mole, surgical mall removal is a quick and painless procedure performed right in my office. I inject a small amount of numbing solution and then clean the area with sterilization swaps. At times I will shave them all off with a surgical instrument and then apply cattery to the base to prevent regrowth. In other instances, I will place a few stitches to close the area.
